11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Acceral, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if Acceral has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.2 Aggregate Liability

In no event shall the aggregate liability of Acceral exceed the total fees paid by you to the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
